1.0 Greetings

Greetings from Mmanze secondary School Community, we have successfully completed term II today Wednesday 24/08/2016 for Non-Candidates, Candidates will complete their Mocks on 26/8/2016

​

2.0 End of Term and Report Cards.

This has been a very busy academic term with several activities. External mocks for our candidates have been peacefully conducted and their results will be ready by 26th September 2016. Non – candidates also did their exams in time. Report forms will be collected from school on 2nd/09/2016.

​

3.0 Appreciations

I thank you for every support and co-operation throughout the term. Thank you for meeting the school dues and supporting our children. Thank you for attending school functions especially class days .

​

4.0 Discipline

The discipline has continued to be good except for a few cases which have been handled by the Board. We have continued to work with the parents to counsel the students generally and specifically.

​

5.0 PUJAB FORMS AND FORM X

Each S.6 candidates is supposed to pay 55,000/= for PUJAB forms which are filled by university and tertiary institutions applicants.

In addition S.6 candidate have to pay 5,000/= for the photo collection forms (P.C.F) which bear passport photos that appear on their final UNEB certificates. S.4 candidate will have to fill the form X at a cost of 5,000/= each. S.6 Students should use the holiday to get BIRTH CERTIFICATE which has to accompany their application forms.

 7.0 Students’ trips and seminars

• F/Art study tour to Makerere University art gallery, Uganda Museum, Michelangalo College of Creative Arts Fee: 35,000/=

• Lugogo Exhibition fair at cost of 25,000/=

• Several Seminars will be conducted, Please provide some money for Seminars

9.0 Students’ Requirements
In addition to the usual requirements please make sure your child has the following: Geography – a graph book, colouredØ pencils – S.2 to S.6  

Mathematics – a graph book size A4, a non programmableØ scientific calculator, Geometry set, 4 fig. Mathematical Tables – S.2 to S.6

 Physics – a graph book – S.3 to S.6

Practical Books-Biology, Chemistry, Physics-S.3 to S.4
 Chemistry – a laboratory coat - S.5 and S.6
 Art – a Drawing Book – S.2 to S.6
